Linc Church

Linc Church has just taken occupation of its new venue in Salt Rock on the Dolphin Coast of KwaZulu Natal. Linc is a community of people passionate about seeing lives changed and free through the impact of Jesus. This new venue is the perfect location to facilitate this.

The architectural design and direction was provided by Union3 Architects, in collaboration with Charles Taylor Architects, as well as the Union 3 Design team being instrumental in the interior planning and design of the church layout and Wonderland, the coffee shop serving up some of the best cappuccinos on the north coast. I particularly liked the use of textured wood with laser engraved wording on paneling that made up the counter of the coffee shop and the idea behind the auditorium seating – sporadic splashes of colour in various areas of the seating with the significance that God places specific people as certain times in our lives for a reason.

This is a location that will continue to evolve and grow with time as would be the organic nature of those who occupy it. I loved the opportunity to showcase this venue and it was a pleasure to show the architecture and interior spaces of a church that will no doubt impact Ballito and surrounding regions. Service times on Sundays at 9am with a wonderful kids ministry supporting the service.
